The NCO Historical Society is a boutique publishing imprint under Eldereese LLC, created to bring focused military-history and leadership projects into print without trying to operate as a high-volume commercial publisher.

Purpose

The Society publishes books that preserve, interpret, or illuminate the experience of noncommissioned officers, enlisted soldiers, military leaders, veterans, and the institutions in which they served.

Its catalog reflects a long-standing interest in Army NCO history and professional development while allowing selected projects on military leadership, post-military life, and related subjects that fit the imprint's purpose.

Editorial approach

We favor books with a clear reason to exist: firsthand accounts, historically useful work, leadership lessons grounded in experience, overlooked subjects, or projects that preserve knowledge likely to be lost.

The Society works selectively. Fit, usefulness, accuracy, voice, and the ability to reach a defined audience matter more than building a large catalog.
